Privacy

tudukit tools run in your browser. The files and text you choose are processed on your own device and are not sent to any server of ours, nor stored.

We currently use no accounts and no advertising cookies. The server that delivers the pages (Cloudflare) may log technical access data (such as IP address and browser) for security and operation.

Visit statistics

To know which tools are used and whether the site works well, we count visits anonymously, without cookies and without identifying anyone. We only store daily totals: the page viewed, the country (derived by the server, without storing the IP address), the site the visit came from (domain only) and whether tudukit was opened as an installed app. We also record technical error messages from the pages, without personal data. We additionally use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking people. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Installed app

If you install tudukit as an app, your browser keeps a copy of the pages on your device so it can open and work without internet. That copy stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

If we start showing ads, this page will be updated first and, where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent.

Contact form

If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name (if given), your email address and your message. This data is sent by email to our inbox (Google Gmail) and used only to answer your request (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the conversation when it is no longer needed. You can ask to see or delete your data at any time by writing to ametistaseeds@gmail.com.
