How to use it
- Choose your HEIC photos (on iPhone: Photos → Share → Save to Files, or copy them to your computer).
- Pick the quality.
- Download each JPG or all of them as a ZIP.
When this helps
- Uploading iPhone photos to an online print shop that only accepts JPG.
- Attaching a photo of an ID or document to a visa, university or job form that rejects HEIC.
- Opening iPhone photos on a Windows PC or in editing software without HEIC support.
- Sending photos to friends on Android who can’t open them.
FAQ
Are my photos uploaded to the internet?
No. The conversion runs in your browser.
Will I lose quality?
At high quality the difference is practically invisible. The JPG is usually a little larger than the HEIC.
Is the location and photo data kept?
No: the JPG comes out without metadata (date, location, phone model).
How do I stop my iPhone using HEIC?
Go to Settings → Camera → Formats and choose “Most Compatible”; new photos will be saved as JPG.
