FAQ

Are my videos uploaded?

No. Editing and exporting run in your browser. The first time, your browser downloads the video engine (FFmpeg) from tudukit itself.

Free? Watermark?

Free and no account. tudukit adds no watermark; you can add your own (section 5).

Can I speed up only part of a clip?

Yes: split the clip at that point (“✂ Split here”) and change the speed of just that piece, from 0.25× to 4×. Audio follows without chipmunk voices.

Why don’t I see the transition in the preview?

The preview is simplified to stay fast. Transitions are rendered on export.

What engine does it use?

FFmpeg compiled to WebAssembly (ffmpeg.wasm, GPL licence). Sources and licences via the link below the tool.
